RESERVATION POLICY – Book Now, Pay Later
Your balance is due upon arrival. We accept cash in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and US Dollars (USD). We also accept debit and credit card payments at the property. All currency conversions are calculated using the live market rates on XE.com.
If you prefer to settle your balance before you arrive, we accept electronic payments in MXN, USD, and Canadian Dollars (CAD). We support the following secure options:

MINIMUM STAY – A minimum of 3-night reservation is required.
REFUNDS – No refunds will be made for early checkout regardless of reason. As a small inn, we require your commitment to your reservation. Reservations are accepted with the understanding that you will be financially responsible for the entire period reserved. We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, world pandemics, work conflicts, inclement weather or cancelled flights. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance, available at a nominal cost from any travel agency or online at insuremytrip.com. These companies are independent and not affiliated with our hotel.
OTHER – Guests´ minimum age is 18. No smoking or vaping tobacco/cannabis within the property. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to illegal drugs and substance abuse. No pets allowed.

In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; e-mail address; computer and connection information.
