ROOM PRICING – Quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN) our rates are for single or double occupancy. Our apartments can accommodate two people very comfortably. See individual apartments MORE INFO section for details. Taxes and fees are included.
RESERVATION – Book now and pay later. Balance is due upon arrival and payable in MXN, USD, debit or credit cards. We use XE (xe.com) as a trusted source of exchange rate information to figure exchange rates. Please check with us if you wish to pay your balance in advance through a Transferencia (Mexican banks only), Zelle (US) or Wise (CA, US). We can fully navigate you through this.
MINIMUM STAY – A minimum of 3-night reservation is required.
REFUNDS – No refunds will be made for early checkout regardless of reason. As a small inn, we require your commitment to your reservation. Reservations are accepted with the understanding that you will be financially responsible for the entire period reserved. We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, world pandemics, work conflicts, inclement weather or cancelled flights. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance, available at a nominal cost from any travel agency or online at insuremytrip.com. These companies are independent and not affiliated with our hotel.
OTHER – Guests´ minimum age is 18. No smoking or vaping tobacco/cannabis within the property. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to illegal drugs and substance abuse. No pets allowed.
COOKIE POLICY – We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; e-mail address; computer and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, and page interaction information.
